Membership Types

The Wellness Center is open to the entire community and is a one-stop shop for all fitness and wellness needs. Stop by anytime during normal hours of operation for a complimentary tour or call 843-792-5757 for more information about our membership options. Certain memberships are available through the online registration process below.

Online Registrations Notes:

• At this time, only community and employee monthly memberships can be purchased online. All other membership types will need to be purchased in person at the membership desk.
• Community membership is defined as a member who is not currently affiliated with the Medical University of South Carolina (e.g. Student, Employee).
• Employee memberships will be verified during the first visit to the facility. Please bring your employee ID to expedite the process.
• Only one person can be selected under the field "I am interested in a membership for."
• If you are interested in signing up for multiple memberships, please visit the membership desk in person. 

All Community, MUSC Employee, and Discount memberships have an initial 12-month agreement. After the 12-month agreement ends, the membership may automatically renew on a monthly basis pending on membership payment terms.

• Primary Member: $91 Per Month
• Spouse / Dependent (up to age 26): $81 Per Month
• One-time Enrollment Fee: Primary Member: $95
                                            Spouse/Dependents: $85

3 Month Memberships

• Member: $315 
• Spouse / Dependent: Not Available
• One-time Enrollment Fee: $49                                       

1 Month Memberships are also available for $129.

MUSC Employee Memberships

• Primary Member: $76 Per Month*
• Spouse / Dependent (up to age 26): $68 Per Month
• One-time Enrollment Fee: Primary Member: $85                                         
                                            Spouse/Dependents: $75

MUSC Employee Express Memberships

• Primary Member: $50 Per Month*
• Spouse / Dependent: Not Available
• One-time Enrollment Fee: Primary Member: $35                                                                                                 

Express Membership Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 11:00am - 3:00pm

• Monday - Thursday: 6:00pm - 10:00pm

• Friday: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

• Saturday - Sunday: 9:00am - 1:00pm

*In accordance with the IRS Publication 15 Guidelines for Employee Discounts, the Wellness Center offers discounts on services and memberships as much as allowed.

Group Discount Memberships

• Primary Member: $83 Per Month
• Spouse / Dependent (up to age 26): $74 Per Month
• One-time Enrollment Fee: Primary Member: $95
                                            Spouse/Dependents: $85
